hurt by that person. Although you try to take the high road and to be tolerant
and sympathetic, you may be having a hard time coming to grips with how you
were wronged or slighted. You may be the king of the jungle, but you are only
human, and you would benefit from dealing with this situation intentionally.
Stop pushing it back. Allow yourself to feel the hurt, and find a way to heal.
If a conversation with this person is not possible, then find a way to give
yourself the peace and happiness you deserve.

不要移開目光。
如果通往路的那一端必須經過荊棘，那麼不管如何都要好好感受疼痛，

我自己覺得如果為了要記得自己曾經是多麼的愚蠢，
而一直讓自己停留在憤怒的深淵裡，其實還蠻浪費生命的(欸)
有些事情當然不可能馬上就能夠放手，
但是我想任何事情的發生都有它的意義存在。
也許它是為了修正某些自己看不到的缺點，進而讓自己的生命變得更美好。

所以，不要移開目光。不要害怕疼痛。
我們有能力讓自己變得快樂，變得更美好柔和。
