這幾天也不斷陷入低潮的情緒之中，
某些時候會忍不住想要質疑自己是不是真的有能力去做到那樣的目標，
也會思考想要做的那個決定是不是很自私。
但想東想西，自己是否又有實際跨出舒適圈的勇氣呢？

答案一直都在那邊等著；
與其讓自己不斷困在一個固定的境況之中，先試著轉移思考的方向吧: )
