Spending some time out in nature could be very good for you today, Leo. The
sound of the breeze rustling through the trees, the feel of the sun warming
your cheeks, and the scent of pine trees would be good for your soul. Even
though all of that would surely be helpful, you may not be able to tear
yourself away for an adventure in the wilderness. You can have a similar
experience, though, by taking a few moments to yourself. Open the windows,
lie down comfortably, and allow your mind to wander to that place. It may not
be perfect, but it could help restore your spirit until the real thing is
possible.
