Day-to-day obligations have become so much more convenient in recent years.
Some of us can work online from home. We can order our groceries online or by
phone and have them delivered to our house or to the car in the parking lot
without having to search through the aisles for everything we need. We can
pay our bills online rather than going to the post office, and so on. It
seems like we should all be more relaxed and less stressed, but instead, we
work harder and do even more than before. You need a break, Leo, and nothing
will take the place of some real rest and relaxation. Make that a priority
now.

日復一日的義務在這幾年變得越發方便了。有些人可以在家裡透過網路工作，我們可以以

線上或是電話購買我們的貨品、直接送到家中或在停車場取貨，而不需要在每個走道中尋

找我們所需要的一；比起去郵局臨櫃，我們可以線上付款，諸如此類的事情。這看起來我

們可以更加輕鬆或是減輕壓力，但這反而讓我們比起以往更加用力、努力的工作。獅子你

們需要休息，沒有甚麼能夠取代一些真正的休息和放鬆。現在就讓它變成優先事項吧。

有時候我也會想，越來越方便的世界到底為我們帶來了甚麼樣的生活。
我們看起來得到的越來越多，但似乎也用同樣快速的速度失去很多事物。

例如，通訊軟體的快速聯繫，讓應該是在休息時間的人仍要馬上回覆。
網路平台和手機的便利，似乎也讓人跟人之間直接接觸的機會越來越少。
(但對人群恐懼症患者來說是可能好事？)

但相信大家更直接的感受，應該還是3C產品整天無法離身或是難以離身吧。

不過這運勢應該要發在周日才對啊XD
發在周一是意圖使人請假嗎XDDDDDDDDDD

祝大家周一都能早點下班下課回家休息放鬆囉哈哈哈~
