You may be tempted to cancel a social engagement this week that you
originally said yes to. You may not be in the holiday season, or in the mood
for mixing and mingling. Maybe you have been burdened with sad memories
brought out by the time of the year, or maybe you are feeling down for some
other reason. The last thing you want to do is to make small talk with people
you wouldn't otherwise spend time with. But doing so may offer you the chance
to create some wonderful new memories. Give it a try. This week may also
offer you a chance to catch up on some work that has fallen behind. There may
be someone at work or in a home project that has offered to help out, which
would clear up your schedule quite a bit. Don't be too proud to accept
