[問題] Ubuntu 14.04更新出錯

不好意思請問一下，
今天利用sudo apt-get update做Ubuntu 14.04更新的時候
出現了以下的error message:

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList
/var/lib/apt/lists/extras.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_trusty_main_i18n_Translation
-en
E: 無法分析或開啟套件清單或狀況檔。

想利用
sudo apt-get update --fix-missing
解決也沒有用。
現在完全無法update和upgrade

不知道有沒有人這兩天出現一樣的問題呢？
又，該如何解決這個問題呢？
