  我的理解意思就是，預備打擊動作採低抬腳，上半身維持穩定

  這個好處是甚麼呢

  which may or may not be the best fit.

  意思就是這個打擊策略對於有""速度""選手""可能""有用

  問題是對於有Power的選手就不是這樣了

  內文提到

  落落長的內容就是提到選手捨棄了春天哥這樣的打擊策略之後一整個大爆發
  延後落腳讓力量可以更為釋放

  可以本隊選手對比其他隊如大王，蔣砲的動作就知道差異

  全文最後說雙城隊過去是鋸砲管鋸出名的，現在才砍掉重練
  然後我們去聘請人家的鋸砲管教練來，這沒問題嗎?
