A: Uh. Honestly, before League of Legends made leveling
accounts not as hard...
I would just buy botted ones that were level 30 already.

So i got banned 9 times from league and it was a running joke with my
friends and it stuck.
Contrary to popular belief, I was never banned for being toxic. A few
chat restrictions though. :)
