去翻了一下規章手冊，原文是這樣:

14.1 Awarded Game Victory (比賽裁定勝利規章)


In the event of a technical difficulty which leads League officials to
declare a restart, the LCS may instead award a game victory to a team. If a
game has been played for more than 20 minutes on the game clock (00:20:00),
League officials, in their sole discretion, may determine that a team cannot
avoid defeat to a degree of reasonable certainty. The following criteria may
be used in the determination of reasonable certainty.

─ 在賽事中，因為技術因素導致無法重賽(restart)時， LCS 可以裁定隊伍勝利。

─ 比賽進行時間超過遊戲內的 20 分鐘

─ LCS 可視情況，依照判定標準，裁定其中一方已經無法獲勝

─ 其裁判定標準如下:

Gold Differential. The difference in gold between the teams is more than 33%.
Remaining Turret Differential. The difference in the number of remaining
turrets between the teams is more than seven (7).
Remaining Inhibitor Differential. The difference in the number of standing
inhibitors between the teams is more than two (2).

─ 經濟(金錢)差距，相差超過 33%

─ 剩餘塔數差距，差距差過 7 座

─ 剩餘兵營差距，差距超過 2 座 


就這樣，這是規章上面寫的

即使可以裁定勝利，但還是有"標準"來判的。

至於，提到打前期，靠 BUG 讓 LCS 裁定勝

我只想說.....


『撐20分鐘都贏33%經濟、7座塔、2座兵營了，哪還需要BUG!? 只需要有腦就會贏了吧!』
