[軟體] Telegram 兩版本上傳速度不同

B: Telegram Desktop

(版本：4.x)

主要是用 Telegram 網站下載版本
App Store 版本會鎖特定內容

A 版本上傳速度 4 ~ 5 MB
B 版本上傳速度 1 ~ 2 MB

A 版本用 proxy 速度可達約 10 MB
B 版本試不出來速度提升

不過 A 版本會把上傳的檔案複製到快取資料夾
B 版本不會 只會直接上傳到 Telegram
