Former MLB pitcher, Heath HS graduate Daniel Webb dies in ATV accident

HUMPHREYS COUNTY, TN – Former Chicago White Sox MLB pitcher and Heath High
School graduate, Daniel Webb died in an ATV accident overnight.

Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis confirmed his death over the phone.

Davis says it was a “tragic accident, and we should rally around the family.
”

Police say Webb suffered a head trauma, and three others were injured
including his wife who sustained significant injuries.

Two are in serious condition in a Nashville hospital.

前MLB白襪隊投手Daniel Webb昨晚在田納西州的一起ATV(四輪全地形車/越野型沙灘車)車
禍中意外身亡，死因是頭部創傷。他的妻子也身受重傷，同行另外兩人也還在醫院救治中
。詳細情形仍不斷更新中。

Daniel Webb在四年的大聯盟球季中皆代表白襪隊出賽，共110局的投球局數。其中在2014
年更有著67 2/3局，ERA3.99的表現，平均球速可到96mph，但在2016年就因Tommy John手
術而沒有再上場了。
