SAN DIEGO -- Padres president of baseball operations A.J. Preller met with Ferna
ndo Tatis Jr. on Thursday, sources said, marking the first time the two have spo
ken face to face since the star shortstop received his 80-game suspension last w
eek.

根據情報指出，今天Tatis和教士總管A.J. Preller見面會談了

也是事件爆發後，兩人首度面對面說話


Details of that meeting, which took place away from Petco Park, were kept privat
e. It is expected that Tatis will meet with other members of the organization in
 the coming days.

但地點並不是在Petco Park

預計接下來會繼續和球團的其他人見面


Left fielder Jurickson Profar has encouraged Tatis to come to the ballpark and s
peak with the team in the hours before an upcoming game. Profar, one of Tatis' c
losest friends, says he has been in regular contact with Tatis since the suspens
ion was announced.

Jurickson Profar在事情發生後，有一直和Tatis保持聯繫

Profar added: "I'm talking to him every day, and he's feeling very bad. Everyone
 is talking bad, but that's how it is in the world. You make one mistake, and ev
eryone wants to crucify you. But not me. I'm there to support him and get him th
rough this and get him back on the field whenever he's eligible to come back."

Profar每天都有和Tatis交談


At some point, Tatis will rejoin the team, likely next Spring Training. Tatis wo
uld be eligible o participate in camp next spring before he serves the remainin
g games on his suspension to begin the season.

看來禁賽還是能參加春訓(?
