今年球季中代理藍鳥隊教頭職務的 John Schneider

獲得球團正式升格成為藍鳥隊總教練

雙方簽下三年複數年合約，並且附帶在2026年球季的球團選擇權


Schneider 本季帶隊之後打出46勝28敗的佳績，勝率達到62.2%

成功晉級季後賽，不過後來在外卡系列戰遭到水手隊以二連勝淘汰出局
