The Cincinnati Reds are finalizing a trade to acquire right-hander Zack
Littell from the Tampa Bay Rays, sources tell ESPN. Deal is agreed to,
pending medical review.

big-league roster guy going to Tampa, plus another minor-leaguer.

Full player exchange in 2-for-1 trade: Reds Triple-A right-hander Brian Van
Belle (on Reds' 40-man roster) and Class A left-hander Adam Serwinowski to
Rays for Zack Littell.

The Rays have something cooking. It's a three-team deal and Serwinowski, the
