[問題] Martyr of Sands(塵身殉道者)問題

請教一下

Martyr of Sands
Creature - Human Cleric
1, Reveal X white cards from your hand, Sacrifice Martyr of Sands:
You gain three times X life.

我知道我最後會得到3X的血量，但是在操作上我是一次得3X，還是3次X？

或是問，如果旁邊有 Ajani's Pridemate(阿耶尼的群伴)
阿耶尼的群伴會得到1顆指示物還是3顆？
