[問題] 遲鈍法球可以干擾到哪些牌

因為想知道遲鈍法球對近代人類套牌的干擾程度
先前跟一些人有討論過
但最近查了一下 又發現結論不太對
所以想貼文出來詢問

從上面連結裡面的答覆是

Champion of the parish's and Snapcaster Mage's abilites are both triggered
abilites ( they have the word 'when', 'whenever' or 'at' in them). Torpor Orb
says abilities don't trigger when creature's enter the battlefield. Hence
these are negated.

Phantasmal Image's ability does not have 'when', 'whenever' or 'at' in it,
hence it is not a triggered ability and is not negated and works as usual.

簡單來說 遲鈍法球對幻象身影沒用
但對教區鬥士有用 意思是遲鈍法球在場上時 教區鬥士不能變大
同理 莎利雅的副官不只不能幫別人變大 自己也不能變大
這個解答是正確的嗎

另外 擾咒法師的文字沒有'when', 'whenever' or 'at'
遲鈍法球好像也對他無用

希望強者解惑一下
