David de Gea good but Henrikh Mkhitaryan poor

Man Utd dropped more points in their Premier League fixture vs Southampton
and David de Gea was called upon to save them twice.

David de Gea - 8 (我們現在唯一的救贖了.......

Saved well from Oriol Romeu's low drive to keep the scoreline goalless and
pulled off another excellent stop at 0-0 from Shane Long.

Ashley Young - 7

Proved again he is an upgrade on Antonio Valencia as an attacking right-back.
Often offered a threat whenever he ventured forward.

Victor Lindelof - 5

Shane Long has not scored since February but the busy Irishman unsettled
Lindelof with his willing running.

Phil Jones - 6

Defended reliably whenever called upon. Established himself as an
indispensable starter at United in recent months.

Luke Shaw - 6

Adventurous going forward but provided little end product to offer the
forwards chances in the final third.

Nemanja Matic - 5 (是要操到受傷為止嗎??.....

A steady presence initially but he began to tire and could have done with
coming off sooner. Wasteful with his shooting and booked.

Paul Pogba - 4 (那個碰球我無言....

Played the odd Hollywood pass but not anywhere near as influential as he is
capable of being. His tap-in may have denied United a legitimate goal. Still
winless as United captain.

Juan Mata - 6

Provided a cracking cross for Lukaku to spurn and was the most reliable
United forward in possession.

Jesse Lingard - 6

Would have earned a penalty but for the referee's incompetence. His
goalscoring run should have continued but diverted an easy header wide.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan - 3 (今天的左腳傳中實在是個笑話......

Failed to take his chance on a first league start in nearly two months. Aside
from a good cross for Lingard he was erratic on the ball and barely probed
Southampton.

Romelu Lukaku - 5 (能休息一下也好....QQ

Missed a great chance early on which Romeu almost punished him. Suffered a
worrying clash of heads and was substituted in the 14th minute.

Subs

Marcus Rashford - 5

Offered decent movement after he came on for Lukaku but shimmied when he
should have shot and didn't carry the ball cleanly.

Anthony Martial - 6

Almost immediately won a free-kick and drove at Southampton's defence.
