堂妹在美國讀高中，寄來了一個問題

For the following system, find an explicit topologocal conjugacy

between their flows.

   -1  1
X=(      )X
    0  2

and

    1  1
Y=(      )Y
    1 -2


小弟不是本科生，有點不知從何下手，題目也看不太懂
