Mx(t)=E(e^(tX))=Σe^(tx)*P(X=x)
     =1/5+1/5 *e^(20t)+2/5*e(300t)+1/5*e(-t)
     =P(X=0)*e^(t*0)+P(X=20)*e^(20t)+P(X=300)*e^(300t)+P(X=-1)*e^(-t)
