請問 Munkres 的 Topology 2ed

P.335 的第三題

Let x_0 and x_1 be points of the path-connected space X.

Show that π_1(X,x_0) is abelian if and only if for every pair α and β of

paths from x_0 to x_1, we have α-hat = β-hat.

從左證到右我會，那從右證到左呢？

本想直接檢查，但看不出來。

推 arthurduh1  : 欲證 [f]*[g]=[g]*[f] for all loops f,g
→ arthurduh1  : 取 β=(g^(-1))*α   i.e.  [β]=[g^(-1)]*[α]
→ arthurduh1  : 帶入 α-hat = β-hat 可得
