3t^2 - 2t + 3
= ----------------- = k > 0
t^2 + 3
=> (k - 3)t^2 + 2t + 3(k -1) = 0
=> 4 - 12(k - 3)(k - 1) >= 0
=> 0 >= 3k^2 - 12k + 8
max = 2 + 2/√3
min = 2 - 2/√3
