因為theta是從原點出發，不是圓心
所以當從原點出發的射線從0度開始掃
掃到區域R的最後一個端點就是在(1,1)
因此tan(theta) = 1/1 => theta = pi/4
就算要以r = 2cos(theta)看
也應該是sqrt(2) = 2 cos(theta)
=> cos(theta) = (1/2)sqrt(2)
=> theta = pi/4
