統計量的標準差稱為標準誤
所以σ下標θhat，是指estimator的標準"差"嗎?
把母體參數θ用估計值代入 sampling distribution
得到估計值的分散程度的是指estimator的標準"誤"嗎?
Estimated Standard Error?
Standard Error of estimate?
這部分的名詞弄得有點混亂
