[機統] Hypothesis testing

想跟各位高手請益一下

我自己是想說either用Z或t檢定

但test statistics的sd從哪來有點不確定

還請大家幫忙

以下為題目


假設某條街每月平均的停車單數量是512張

假設取樣256周 發現該街每周平均的單量是130張

Would you expect to get more than 512 tickets a month for that street?

我用mu_null=512

mu_alternative=130*4

test statistics就卡住了 請各位高手相救

推 wohtp       : 256週很長耶，我猜你可以用Poisson去估計標準差了。

→ yhliu       : 題目沒有說需要做假說檢定吧? 樣本平均已超過520,
→ yhliu       : 當然可以 expect to get more than 512 tickets
→ yhliu       : 如果需要做 testing, 就你目前提供的數據, 有點困難
→ yhliu       : 要不然就假設是Poisson過程吧.
