小弟在翻了一些論文後，找到答案了
Eungchun Cho, Moon Jung Cho, and John Eltinge, The variance of the variance of samples from a finite population
這篇是講取後不放回，樣本變異數的變異數
Christina Stradwick, Exploring the variance of the sample variance through estimation and simulation
這篇是講，當母體趨向無窮大時，樣本變異數的變異數
而其中有討論到當母體為常態，泊松分佈等的情形
