→ yhliu       : 3. n = 40 時樣本平均數的標準差估計是 4.87/40^0.5
→ yhliu       :    70.9-71.5=-0.6,還沒超出樣本平均數的一倍標準誤
→ yhliu       : 4. (1) 讓 2(0.63*0.37/n)^0.5 不超過 ME 界限
→ yhliu       :    (2) p^ = 206/300 = 68.7%...
→ yhliu       :    (4) 63% 在 (2) 之信賴區間外, 所以 p 不是 63%.
→ yhliu       :       不過太接近信賴區間邊界了,所以上列結論有些

→ yhliu       :    (3) 95% confidence 的意思是:相同群體,重複地
