Leonard will undergo a season-ending procedure on his left shoulder, Shams
Charania of The Athletic reports.
Leonard hasn't played since Jan. 9 and did not appear to be making much
progress in his recovery, so he'll opt for surgery and look forward to
returning in 2021-22. Miami holds a $10.2 million team option to retain
Leonard next season.
