Heat now say that Herro  and Adebayo did participate in practice today.
熱火隊現在表示，希羅和阿德巴約今天都參加了訓練。

By being out another week or two it means Herro will not be eligible for
All-NBA and therefore a max extension.
如果希羅再缺席一到兩週，那就意味著他將沒有資格入選 NBA 最佳陣容，因此也拿不到
頂薪續約合約。

Bam說他的疼痛減少很多了
Herro也有參與練習，但預計要再1~2週
那等於缺席場次會達不到65場
