~ 非常感謝dadaismyself板主同意張貼此問卷文 ~
目前有效樣本快收齊了，預估這週日5/1中午前關閉表單，最快下周六5/7公布中獎名單~
重po，3月底曾經張貼，但犯了CP被系統刪文，這次會特別留意不會有CP問題，
此板50P抽獎會從3月底被刪的那篇和這篇一起抽10位~
