據報導
這位代理局長Madhu Gottumukkala去年夏天的時候
曾經把一份工作檔案上傳到公用的ChatGPT帳號來操作
當時立即觸發了數個系統警告(用於遏阻洩漏政府資料到外網)
ChatGPT當時被DHS禁止使用，代理局長還是刻意要求特許安裝
該檔案不是機密文件，但是被列為僅限正式使用，也就不對外公開
