[PSV ] 是否表示PSV近日內全面破解？

For anyone who doesn't know what F00D is.
It's the processor responsible for the storing
and handling of security keys.
F00D = lv0 which is the endgame stuff needed for
full custom firmware and PSN access. (Henkaku = lv2)
