這獎勵對受到獎勵的和付出努力的人感覺不太一致
對大多數對場上拼戰的球員誘因應該不大

如果你是球隊中的中等球員 即將成為FA
然後你又希望可以留原隊拼好一點的長約
那如果你拼命打拼命防守幫球隊拼來這枚首輪簽
很可能球隊可以用來選替代你的人
那你會不會想說乾脆我先來顧好自己數據季末好簽約?

所以這獎勵到不如改成提升球隊薪資空間 或是減除球隊豪華稅之類的
然後可以直接回饋給球員
讓大家一方面有獎金拿 一方面球隊開大約留下自己的操作空間更大了
