Hardy成為爵士隊除看重教練技能外，
隊史在過去34年間只擁有過三任總教練，
史隆、烤餅、殺人魔。
所以這次在遴選教練上，
管理層期待找位能跟著球隊重新開始，
一起成長的教練！(當作在結婚就是了)

所以賦予他的權利包含自組教練團，
也意味著過去殺人魔的團隊可能不再續聘。
若真的簽約下來，Hardy將以34歲年紀，
稱為NBA最年輕總教練。

也很期待接下來的球隊打造，
是以總教練想要呈現的戰術，
或是配合球員能力作第一年的開局。
