Don't be surprised if Nets forward Yuta Watanabe is in this year's 3-Point
Contest.

假如籃網前鋒-渡邊雄太，入選今年的三分球大賽，這不會令人感到意外。

Watanabe didn't come into the 2022-23 season with much of a reputation as a
shooter, but he's quickly proven himself to be a marksman from beyond the
arc. Through 21 games with the Nets, he's 34-for-63 from the 3-point line,
giving him the best 3-point percentage (54.0) in the NBA.

開季時，渡邊雄太並沒有被當作一個射手來討論，但是渡邊迅速的證明了自己作為三分線
神射手的本領。在籃網，他的21場出賽中，他達到了全NBA最佳的3分命中率(54%)，在三
分線有著63投34中的成績。

Watanabe has been particularly proficient from the corners. He's among the
league leaders in makes from both the right and left corners while connecting
on those attempts at a combined 68.6 percent clip.

The secret to Watanabe's newfound success as a 3-point shooter? As The
Sporting News' Steph Noh detailed earlier in the season, he has sped up his
release considerably since his rookie season by using a 1-2 step instead of
hopping when he gathers the ball and not dropping the ball down to his thighs
on the catch. The results speak for themselves.

We're still more than a month away from All-Star Weekend, but Watanabe's
development into a knockdown shooter gives him a strong case to be one of the
eight participants in the 3-Point Contest. And if he does get the call from
the league office, it sounds like he'll be thrilled.

距離全明星周還有超過一個月，但渡邊雄太的成長讓他有機會能角逐3分球大賽的位置，
並且，他似乎也感到很興奮，假如能獲得聯盟的邀請。

"It would be an honor," Watanabe told HoopsHype when asked about the
possibility of being selected.

談到了有機會入選，渡邊雄太告訴了HoopsHype：「這會是我的榮幸。」

The 2023 NBA All-Star Weekend will be held between Feb. 17-19 in Salt Lake
City. The 3-Point Content will take place alongside the Skills Challenge and
Slam Dunk Contest on All-Star Saturday Night, with the 2023 NBA All-Star Game
to follow on Sunday.

2023 NBA 全明星周，會在2月17到2月19日的鹽湖城舉行。禮拜六晚上是3分球大賽、技術
挑戰賽還有灌籃大賽。而禮拜日晚上則是全明星賽。

In his first season with the Nets, Watanabe is averaging a career-high 8.0
points to go along with 2.9 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game.

目前在籃網的第一季，渡邊雄太達到了賽季新高場均8分，另外還有2.9籃板、1助攻的
表現。
