The Cleveland Cavaliers get an upgrade at the wing in DeAndre Hunter while getti
ng below the luxury tax by sending out Caris LeVert and Georges Niang.

They are $1.5 million below with two open roster spots. They can sign players of
 any salary who get bought out.
