The “NBA on Prime” crew had a few words for Shams Charania after ESPN’s NBA i
nsider spoiled Amazon’s NBA MVP reveal.

Charania broke the news Sunday morning that Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeo
us-Alexander won the MVP award for the second straight year — before Amazon’s
scheduled announcement of the award later that night, with an appearance from th
e winner.

Taylor Rooks, who is the host of “NBA on Prime,” brought up Charania’s report
during Sunday’s pregame show with NBA analysts Steve Nash, Blake Griffin and D
irk Nowitzki.
《NBA on Prime》主持人Taylor Rooks在週日賽前節目中提到了Charania的報導，當時一起
參與節目的還有NBA分析師Steve Nash、Blake Griffin以及Dirk Nowitzki
“Alright now, just to be clear, the official [MVP] announcement is happening he
re [on Prime],” Rooks said.
「好啦，先說清楚，官方的[MVP]公布是在我們這裡（Prime）進行的」Rooks說
“Dirk and Steve you both won MVPs, but I don’t remember Shams spoiling it way
back then.”
「Dirk和Steve你們兩位都拿過MVP，但我不記得以前Shams會像這樣提前爆雷」
Nowitzki, who won the award during the 2006-07 season, added, “[Shams] was a ba
by then.”
在2006-07賽季拿下MVP的Nowitzki：「那時候Shams還只是個小嬰兒」
Griffin didn’t mince words in his response.
而Griffin的回應則毫不客氣
“What are we doing man? It’s Sunday Shams, go to brunch you ,” he said.
「到底在幹嘛啦兄弟？今天星期天耶Shams，去吃個早午餐吧，你這宅男」
