非常拗口就是了

1.賽提可以拿28艇17~30順位的首輪
2.若28艇的順位落在1~16的保護區間
  賽提可以拿自己28首輪或被馬刺動用交換權的馬刺首輪去交換
  同時28費的順位沒有在1~8的保護區間的話
  也可以選擇換28費的

簡單來說賽提28年的首輪狀況
第一種情況 兩支
1.狀元保護的賽提首輪 或 馬刺首輪
2.快艇17~30首輪

第二種情況 一支
當快艇首輪落在前16順位時觸發
賽提的最好順位會是
賽提1
or
馬刺3以下
or
快艇1~16
or
76人9~16


照目前戰績看來高機率是

馬刺：戰績最好順位最差，使用交換權得到賽提首輪
賽提：馬刺＋快艇首輪17~30
      or
      快艇首輪1~16
76人：戰績會比快艇好，所以保留76人首輪
      +
      可能會得到的馬刺首輪（若快艇首輪順位落在1~16
