簡介本盟規則如下：
1.每季開始時最多可留上一季陣中4位球員，
但如果選擇要留前一年新秀，可以不受限制再多留1位
就是4+1的規則
2.每季開始時keep的人1~2輪最多1位，3~4輪最多1位，5輪後可以2位以上
（依照yahoo當年公布的O-rank去計算）
3.選秀的順位以前一年戰績來安排，順位如下：
