Jets Hire Todd Bowles As Head Coach

The New York Jets have hired Todd Bowles as head coach.
噴射機稍早決定讓紅雀防守總監Todd Bowles擔任他們的新任總教練。
Bowles was one of the top coaching candidates this offseason following
another successful season as defensive coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals.
Bowles由於在帶領紅雀進入季後賽有不小的功勞，先前就被媒體看好是當選機率前段班
的熱門人選。
The Jets also had Dan Quinn of the Seattle Seahawks high on their list and
were prepared to offer the job to him had they been eliminated from the
playoffs on Saturday.
噴射機先前也對海鷹防守總監Dan Quinn有不小的興趣。事實上，假如海鷹上週的比賽
就被淘汰，噴射機也準備把總教練職務邀請函遞交給Quinn。
Bowles will receive a four-year contract, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam
Schefter.
根據ESPN記者Adam Schefter的後續報導，Bowles簽下的是一份四年約。
Bowles will join Mike Maccagnan to lead the Jets' new regime as they attempt
to rebuild the franchise's credibility after a 4-12 record, its fourth
consecutive non-winning season.
Bowles將會與同樣新上任的總管Mike Maccagnan共同合作重振噴射機的聲望。
紐約綠衫軍上季不僅難堪地只拿到4勝，也是他們連續四個球季勝率無法超過五成。
