Julius Peppers (shoulder) has passed his physical and is now off the PUP
list. Plan is to have him participate in some walkthroughs as the Panthers
continue to bring him back slowly. Season opener still five weeks away.

Anthony Castonzo re-injured his hamstring Friday, and "will miss a little
bit of time," per Frank Reich. I'd expect a few weeks. Still, Castonzo
figures to be ready for Week 1.
J'Marcus Webb has looked solid in his stead, and gives the Colts an option
at LT for the preseason.

Richard Sherman suffered a Grade 1 hamstring strain in practice Friday,
49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said Sunday. Sherman will be out at least a week,
Shanahan said, and he won't play in the team's preseason opener against
the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday.

Cleveland is trading former first-round pick WR Corey Coleman to the
Buffalo Bills for a draft pick, per source.
Coleman was the player the Browns selected after trading the No. 2 overall
pick to Philadelphia so the Eagles could draft Carson Wentz.
