上課方式：
以ppt搭配課本上課，有時會把整理好的表格寫在黑板上。
評分方式：
平時成績 40%
期中考I 20%
期中考II 20%
期末考 20%
跟上學期不一樣，老師表示平時成績會參酌小考及點名決定（如果沒記錯的話）。
考試作業型態：
小考：每章都有，共 7 次。老師會找一些題庫的題目，在上課前或上完課後發給我們寫，
檢驗一下自己是否真的了解上課內容，寫完就交換改，助教會收考卷回去登記分數
期中考I ：單選題 30 題，共 60 分；非選題 4 大題，共 40 分。
期中考II：單選題 20 題，共 60 分；非選題 7 大題，共 40 分。
期末考 ：單選題 25 題，共 75 分；非選題 3 大題，共 25 分。
難度中間偏易，單選題跟課本習題形式相似，非選題則需要熟記分錄、報表格式，
就可以輕鬆作答～
（雖說如此，可是這學期考試的平均相對上學期低了不少…）
老師的喜好、個性：
老師是在四大會計事務所執業的會計師，上課步調不快，並會搭配一些業界資訊和會計制
度上的議題分享給我們。
而且老師人非常好，下課去問老師問題，她都會耐心解答，有時還會回答太久，拖到上課
時間（變相延長下課時間XD）。

補充：
1. 這學期助教有選習題給我們練習，全部做完實在太多。
2. 完整的手寫報表題目，整學年只在下學期的期末考出過一題，
如果是背東西的苦手可以考慮老師的課。
（這也是我認為考試難度中間偏易的原因XD）
