因為電腦重灌，重新安裝了計中的microsoft office 2013
但在認證的時候顯示: "the software licensing service reported that the grace
period expired..."以及 "the license is not installed... "
問了同學是說之前安裝時沒有這樣的狀況，但他也忘記之前是怎麼安裝的了
請問這是什麼情形? 是我的步驟錯了還是應該寫信去問計中?
