103學年度第2學期停修申請，將於5月22日截止，同學們擬申請停修課程，週一至週四課

程至遲須於5月22日（週五）下午5時前，週五課程至遲須於5月25日（週一）下午1時前，

完成停修申請書核章並送達所屬教務單位（註冊組、研教組、醫教分處），逾期恕無法受

理。


Courses Withdrawal Application Due to 2015/5/22.

Applicants should apply on line and print the application with ratification

by the department head before deadline and submit the form to the Office of

Academic Affairs by 17:00 at May 22 (Friday) for classes scheduled on Monday

to Thursday, and 13:00 at May 25 (Monday) for classes scheduled on Friday. No

application will be accepted after the deadline.
