Private Equity Research Associate Full-time Position
【Job Description】
- The successful candidate will work closely with 2 senior manager and
directly report to Mr. Sung, conduct in-depth fundamental research, and
finally become independently in charge of several industries related to the
Greater China;
- Responsibilities include, but not limited to, modeling, valuation and
financial due diligence, analyzing, forecasting company financials, trading
and operation execution.
- Proactive market/industry research and stock idea generation.

- Detail oriented, a fast learner and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic, persistence and determination to ensure quality works
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Bloomberg & TEJ
- Working experience less than 2 years

Vaucluse Capital Management Ltd., a privately owned investment company based
in Taipei, Shanghai and Hong Kong was found by Mr. Hsueh Sung in early 2008.
Mr. Hsueh Sung retired from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited after 15 years
service. As a Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited he also ran its
Investment Banking Division, Asia except Japan and its private equity
business for Asia. Vaucluse is a value investing firm, focus on a limited
number of investments and hold them for long term. Total capital committed is
US$200 million. We have four investment professionals in our firm at present.
