Job Title: Securities Operations Specialist in Securities Branch (瑞銀證券)

Job Descriptions:
The role primarily involves on the operational activities in related to
account opening, trade processing, securities settlement & payment, and
reporting activities for Cash Equity operations. The role will also
collaborate with the team members to cover exchange derivatives and foreign
securities business and the regional initiatives on new business and change
management. The key functions are:


‧ Securities account services: Responsible the account opening, account
   maintenance process and issue resolutions;
‧ Securities trade processing, settlements and clearing: Responsible for
   trade processing to ensure the trade pre-matching and market settlements;
‧ Business Support: Liaise with business to provide operational solutions
   and client services on new initiatives and trade related processing;
‧ Regulatory reporting: Ensure the regulatory reporting is delivered


 Requirements:
 - University graduate
 - 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields e.g. Securities House or
   Int'l Custodian or Fund House Ops. is a plus
 - Detail orientated and able to work under pressure
 - Analytic and problem solving skills
 - Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Good comment of English
 - Securities Personnel License is required;
 - Futures Personnel License is a plus.
