Job opening - Equity Derivatives Sales Support
A leading investment bank is looking for a contract base sales support in

[Job description]
· Supports equity derivatives sales and assists in the day to day
processing, document tracking, and preparation of all required documents.
· Handles IT projects for automation, trade maintenance and order placing.
· Primary liaison with all levels of origination/supportstaff to facilitate
the daily smooth settlement.
· Prioritizes and route incoming sales calls, as well as any customer
correspondence.
· Coordinates meetings and training sessions on behalf of sales.
· Coordinates the implementation of local regulatory requirements of
reporting.
[Requirements]
· no working experience or within 2 years.
· genuine interest in the equity derivatives sales role.
· major in finance or computer science is preferred
· proficient in MS VBA and excel function/solid skills in Word, Excel and PPT.
· able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
· a team player and detail-oriented person
· good personality with open mind and positive attitude
· fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
