Responsibilities:
1. Handle and manage projects for offshore funds initiatives including new fun
ds registration and lifecycle management initiatives for existing offshore fun
ds.
2. Coordinate with offshore fund investment company and Taiwan regulator tomee
t Taiwan regulatory filing requirements for offshore funds registration andlif
ecycle management initiatives.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all offshore fund initiativ
es can be implemented in Taiwan smoothly.
4. Maintain AllianzGI global product database and TDCC fundclear database toen
sure product data quality.
5. Maintain product offering documents (e.g., prospectus and investor informat
ion summary) to meet regulations requirements.
6. Work with senior product manager to support new business initiatives frompr
ocess/ system feasibility study, form new product proposal and to get regional
/ global approval.
Qualifications:
1. University graduate with major of finance related.
2. 5 years of working experiences in financial service or consulting servicesi
ndustry. Project management experience in product development or product manag
ement for asset management manufacturer or distribution will be a plus.
3. Basic understanding on financial products knowledge and Taiwan regulationsf
or onshore/ offshore funds. Proactive and willing to learn new financial produ
ct knowledge.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills with the ability to build professional relationsh
ips with stakeholders.
6. Ability to speak and write in English.
7. Professional license: SITCA License is a must.
