James Rowson原本就擔任洋基的小聯盟打擊教練和小聯盟打擊協調員九年

過去9個賽季他一直在MLB教練組工作,去年在老虎隊擔任助理擊球教練

Rowson還曾擔任馬林魚隊的替補教練/「進攻協調員」以及雙城隊的打擊教練。
