Nadal wins damages over doping claim by Roselyne Bachelot (BBC)


A Paris court has ordered former French Sports Minister Roselyne Bachelot to
pay 12,000 euros (￡10,700; $14,000) to tennis star Rafael Nadal over a
doping allegation.

巴黎法院判決前法國體育部長需為她的不實指控賠償Nadal 12,000歐元。

Nadal sued her for damages, saying her comments were harmful to his image. He
had sought 100,000 euros in damages.

Nadal控告她損害名譽，並索賠10萬歐元。

She made the comments in a TV interview last year.

她去年在電視訪問中指控Rafa服用禁藥。

The judge also issued her with a suspended fine of 500 euros, ruling that she
was guilty of defamation.

法庭同時也判決她誹謗罪成立，必須繳納500歐元的罰金。
