You will have ur own bathroom(there's two story and two entrances so lots of privacy.). U will share the living room and kitchen with the other architecture student from isreal, very nice guy.
Rent-
70 dollars per day, maximum of two people staying (80 a day)
If u rent over a month it would be 65 dollars a day. (70 for two)
The rent is reduced a lot please contact me ASAP.
The room has a 42 in flat screen tv and a queen size bed.
There's balcony in the apartment on each floor.
